What is changing?
Depending on where you live, you'll have new delivery days to choose from, and you can update them any time to suit you. Away until Tuesday? Simply get your box delivered that night! We've also introduced some new order cut-off days, so there's less time between choosing your menu and it arriving at your door.
What is an order cut-off day?
Basically, your order cut-off is the day and time that you need to finalise your menu by each week. Your nominated payment method will be charged the day after your order cut-off. You can find your cut-off day by heading to the My Menu page on the website.
Why can't I see a certain delivery day?
Our cut-off and delivery days are planned to make sure your food is as fresh as possible when it arrives at your door. For those regions a little further away, some delivery days may not be available. To find out what options are available to you, click here.
